Grainless Granola

grainless granola for all your quarantine needs 🤤

i bought granola from one of my favorite spots in LA a couple weeks ago and fell in love. i wanted to recreate it because it’s so versatile. while i love granola in my yogurt bowls and smoothies, this one gave a sweet crunch to my salads and stuffed dates. it made huge CHUNKS so you can even eat it like a chip. go on and make a batch!

in a big bowl, add all the dry ingredients and then the wet. mix well and put it on a lined baking sheet. bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until the house smells delicious 😻 let it cool, if you can or burn your tongue like i did.. worth it.

1 c pumpkin seeds

1 c coconut shreds

1 c almonds

1/4 c pecans

1 tsp vanilla paste (extract is fine too)

2 tbs cassava flour

1/3 c local honey

1 tbs nut milk

lots of shakes of cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom and maldon salt

store in a air tight container or jar and enjoy!
